Cancellation Policy

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day the contract is concluded.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us

by means of a clear statement, for example by email, of your decision to withdraw from this contract.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send the notification that you are exercising your right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires.

If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments we have received from you without undue delay and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we receive your notification of withdrawal from this contract.

For this reimbursement, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction unless expressly agreed otherwise. In no case will you be charged any fees for this reimbursement.

For contracts for the provision of digital content that is not supplied on a tangible medium, the right of withdrawal expires if we have begun performance of the contract after

1. you have expressly consented to us beginning performance of the contract before the withdrawal period expires,
2. you have confirmed that you are aware that, by doing so, you lose your right of withdrawal once performance of the contract begins, and
3. we have provided you with a corresponding contract confirmation on a durable medium.

At Oyodi, performance of the contract begins when the full version of the personalized song you purchased is unlocked or made available.

The previously provided audio preview of up to 120 seconds is free of charge and non-binding. Its creation or playback does not create any obligation to purchase.
